1.       Yearly Membership contract – Contracted Membership services for children of full time South Florida residents. Premier Access via personal cell phone, E-mail, text, or Telemedicine . Contracted with Premier Pediatric management LLC ( Monthly Payment plan available.)

  • Membership fee is for services only not for medical care and not covered by any insurance.
  • Membership services include 24/7 access. no wait and same day appointments, extended visits, convenient consultations, meeting in the office for after hours care when necessary. 

2.Membership for Patients who do not primarily live in South Florida -I have many patients who live in other parts of the U.S. and world but choose to maintain the availability of premier Pediatrics care and consultations wherever they travel or live. I offer a reduced fee for visitors who will be in South Florida less than 5 months . They receive the same membership services while in South Florida and maintain the ability to consult and interact with me regarding medical care and health via phone , e-mail, or webcam remotely.

 3. Executive Membership plan- premium for home based care. Well visit travel fee is included for one annual visit per year or 3 baby visits. Travel fee still applies for additional visits and sick house calls.

4.  Consultations for non-members for second opinions and behavior, nutrition, and health related issues.-  pricing is separate and based on a one time membership access fee. No access or member services other than "no wait extended visit".

5. Visitor-family and friends one time office fee includes membership "no wait extended visit". No additional access or membership services included

6. House calls : Travel time fee for house calls will be assessed for each membership type based on home location . Visitors and tourists without a membership plan will be billed a full house call fee. ( house calls based on availability)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday that a recent outbreak of E. coli in multiple states was linked to romaine lettuce grown in Yuma, Arizona.

“Information collected to date indicates that chopped romaine lettuce from the Yuma, Arizona growing region could be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7 and could make people sick,” the CDC said in an update on Friday.

The CDC said that no brand, distributor or supplier has been identified in connection with the E. coli outbreak. But it said that anyone who has bought romaine lettuce or salad mixes that contain romaine lettuce should throw it away, and ask restaurants if the romaine lettuce is from the Yuma region. The CDC also advised restaurants against selling any romaine lettuce from Yuma.

The CDC said Thursday that it was investigating an E. coli outbreak across at least seven states; that number increased Friday to 11 states. The outbreak has infected 35 people, 22 of whom have been hospitalized. Three have developed hemolytic uremic syndrome, a form of kidney failure.
